Worst seller I've ever dealt with. Item description was incorrect, did not ship the item until after it was supposed to arrive, ignored attempts made to communicate about shipping, and only responded after a case was opened to assure me the item had
just shipped even though I no longer wanted the item after buying a different laptop due to the seller not communicating or shipping the item. Ignored all contact after requesting to have the order cancelled. Awful experience.
